INSTITUTE FOR BIOLOGICAL BUILDING PRODUCTS

The purpose of IBR, a German environmental testing agency for building materials, is to recommend healthy and environmentally friendly construction products to consumers and affix certification labels on their product packages. The logo was founded in 1982 to give consumers with health and environmental awareness the opportunity to protect their living environment from being injured by healthy building materials and equipment. IBR is testing products related to human health and has its own inspection seal for more than 30 years.
